oil America. Land of endless possibilities. The country of contrasts, diversity of cultures and nationalities. The country which is the biggest dream for so many people across the world. The country which associated with the word FREEDOM. America is so multifaceted precisely because people from all over the world flock to it and bring their own piece to its integrity. This artwork is as colorful, multifaceted and textured as her motherland. All the variety of textures and colors is as wide as the variety of people who built this country. Every centimeter of work can be interpreted as a flag of another country, but if you look closely, you can notice outlines of traditional Native American's ornaments, which were practically erased from the face of their homeland by colonists several hundred years ago. By this artwork I advocate taking the best from other cultures, but at the same time never letting those people who have inhabited and cherished this land for millennia destroy their roots and traditions. My artwork is very pastoral and factual. Every centimeter you can study and find something new - flags, inscriptions, encrypted messages. It was done in the author's technique, by high quality oil on cotton canvas. The work cannot be removed from the stretcher due to the high probability of cracking a thick layer of paint.
