acrylic The inspiration for my Live Free collection of artworks came from Ukraine’s struggle over the past three years. We see the results of our non-violent protest movement in 2013-2014 (Revolution of Dignity). We have always tried to use civilized forms of protest in Ukraine. I chose to call my art collection "Live Free!", to reflect the hopes and dreams of my country. In times of Russia’s war against Ukraine, I try to reveal in my artwork the great desire of many Ukrainians to live free. In this painting you can see how a building (your family, community, country) is being built. Because it has a very strong foundation (values and principals) it will not easily fall.
